How do I sync new tenders?
Tenders sync automatically from Contracts Finder, Find a Tender, Sell2Wales, and TED Europa. You can also trigger a manual sync from the dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How do saved search alerts work?
Save your search criteria and choose Instant or Daily notifications. You will receive an email whenever matching tenders are published.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe — we never store full card numbers.
